I grew up a military brat, which means I learned early how to adapt, relocate, and make a home wherever life took us. Living in Seoul during high school gave me a global perspective and a deep appreciation for community—skills that still shape how I serve clients today.
After earning my B.A. in Communication Arts from Salisbury University, I built a career as a graphic designer and later as a Marketing Manager for several real estate brokerages, including Dandridge Realty Group during its inaugural years. That experience gave me a unique advantage: I understand how to position a home, tell its story, and market it with creativity and strategy. When I became a REALTOR® in 2014, I brought with me a toolkit of listening, problem‑solving, project management, and design expertise that helps my clients stand out in any market. In addition to my marketing experience, I’ve also worked extensively on the administrative side of real estate transactions. That behind‑the‑scenes exposure gave me a unique advantage: I learned negotiation strategies and contract writing from hundreds of deals—not just my own. This depth of experience allows me to anticipate challenges, advocate effectively, and guide clients with confidence and clarity.
My roots are in rural Iowa, where self‑sufficiency is a way of life. As a young homeowner on a tight budget, I learned to research, repair, and renovate on my own—and yes, I watched plenty of HGTV along the way. Over the years, I’ve transformed five homes and developed a strong ability to see potential where others might see wallpaper they don’t love. I help clients look beyond the surface and envision what a home can become.
My mission is to guide every client—whether a first‑time buyer or a seasoned seller—through a confident, informed, and rewarding real estate experience. The greatest joy in my work is seeing the pride and excitement in a client’s eyes when the keys slide across the closing table.
As someone who grew up in a military family, earning the National Association of REALTORS® Military Relocation Professional certification was especially meaningful. It allows me to support active‑duty service members and veterans with the understanding, efficiency, and care their moves deserve.
When I am not helping to make real estate dreams a reality, I engage in a constant discussion with the local deer population over who gets to eat the contents of my garden (the deer are usually the winners), go on adventures with my husband, and travel to see friends and family.
