My name is Sam Dalton. I was born in Chicago but grew up in several areas of Loudoun County, like Sterling, Ashburn and Leesburg. After graduating college I began working for a telecommunications company in various roles for over 10 years.

I bought my first condo in Leesburg, VA which sparked my love and interest in real estate before I even became a realtor. 

My wife and I moved to Ranson, WV in 2020 where we started purchasing and managing investment properties in our local area.

Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy traveling across the globe and can offer advice on places to visit. In my spare time I have several hobbies, including collecting LEGO, building gaming computers, and watching Formula 1 or soccer.
