Are you looking to up-size, down-size, or just right-size? Moving because you want to—or because you have to? Whether relocating across town or across the country, Patti has been there herself and understands the challenges and opportunities that come with each transition. That personal experience, paired with her professional expertise, allows her to serve as a trusted guide through today’s exciting yet ever-changing real estate market.

Before becoming a Realtor, Patti worked in higher education at Shepherd University, where she developed a passion for teaching and simplifying complex ideas. She now brings that same skillset to real estate—breaking down even the most challenging situations into clear, manageable steps and walking her clients through the process with patience and care. Her hallmark is consistent, candid communication, empowering her clients to make confident, well-informed decisions about their homes and their futures.

Patti’s dedication extends beyond her clients to her community. Known for her strong networking and relationship-building skills, she delights in bringing people together for fellowship, fun, and growth. Her leadership is reflected in past roles as President of the local Chamber of Commerce and President of the local Board of Realtors, as well as in being honored with the Distinguished Citizen Award for her commitment to local nonprofit organizations.

For Patti and her husband, John, moving to West Virginia 25 years ago was meant to be temporary—but the natural beauty, rich history, and welcoming people of the Eastern Panhandle quickly won them over. Today, they are proud to call it home. Outside of real estate, Patti loves to learn (both inside and outside of work), watch the sunrise, enjoy live music, and spend time with her growing family.
