She is steady under pressure, detail oriented, and focused on making sure her clients feel informed and supported at every step.

Aileen first fell in love with this area in 2019 while working as an Au Pair in Loudoun County, and she has been drawn back to it ever since. That experience shaped her connection to the community and her desire to help others build a life here.

Outside of real estate, Aileen is a traveler at heart and a passionate sourdough baker who is always trying to make her home smell like a German bakery.
